Jeff Rothenberg, the firm's Managing Partner has experience in waste water treatment, environmental monitoring, fuel cells and solar energy. Education: Mr. Rothenberg holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a J.D. from George Washington University. He is admitted to the New York Bar, and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of N.Y., and Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Nicholas Mesiti has experience in alternative energy systems, fuel cells, power generation turbines, landfill design, and energy control systems. Education: Mr. Mesiti graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He acquired his law degree from Albany Law School. Admitted to the bar in New York, and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Federal and Second Circuits, Mr. Mesiti is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Kevin Radigan has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in the fields of fuel cells, nuclear energy, solar energy, clean rooms and power generation, distribution and control systems. Education: Mr. Radigan received a B.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with great distinction from Clarkson College of Technology, and a Juris Doctorate cum laude from Albany Law School. Mr. Radigan is admitted to the New York State Bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Victor Cardona has prepared and/or prosecuted patent applications relating to solar energy, wind energy, fuel cells, hydrogen generation and purification, hydrogen automotive applications, power generation turbines, drinking water treatment, nuclear fuel storage, and clean rooms. He also has six years experience evaluating environmental remediation technologies as an Environmental Engineer with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. Education: Victor graduated with a Juris Doctorate cum laude from Albany Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University. Alana Fuierer has experience in the areas of bioremediation, environmental microbiology, hydrology, and contaminant transport. Education: Alana graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctorate from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the State University of New York at Geneseo, and a Master’s degree in Hydrology from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. Shanna K. O'Brien Education: Shanna received her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School and graduated from Union College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. Andrew K. Gonsalves has experience in the areas of biotechnology, wastewater treatment, and clean diesel. Education: Andrew graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in the Biological Sciences (Molecular Biology and Genetics Concentration) from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and a Master of Science degree in the Botanical Sciences (Plant Pathology/Virology) from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
